5 Steps to Help you order Custom Apparel from Start to finish

Step 1: Gather all your information
How many shirts do you need?
Minimums order is for silk-screening or embroidery is 12. Setup on 12 or 100 takes the same amount of time for silkscreening or embroidery, thus we have minimums. Be clear on the number you want to order.

What style of the shirt are you looking for?
Choosing which garment to use depends on what you will be using the shirts for. Ask us for suggestions if you need help

Do you have good artwork already created?
BlueVision has an in-house artwork team dedicated to helping you bring to life the design(s) you’ve been imagining. Our artists have helped our clients with logo creation, graphic design, business card templates, vinyl banners and signs and more!

For companies, small businesses, and restaurants, you should be able to ask your marketing team to send you the Illustrator (ai.) vector files of your company’s logo. This type of graphics file is best for screen printing and embroidery and typically needs little to no alterations.

When will you need your job?
If you have a specific date you need your t-shirt order by, please make sure to state that in the beginning. This way, we can make sure your order can be completed on time or if you will need to add a rush service to the order for faster completion. Our normal turn is 5 working days from proof approval.

Step 2: Review your order
Use checklist below to make sure your quote is 100% accurate:

Is the shirt style and color correct to what you are looking for?
Are the size breakdowns on your confirmation correct?
Are the print colors and locations labeled correctly?
Is it shipping to you or are you picking it up? Is the shipping address correct?
Is the due date set to the time you requested?

Step 3: Make your deposit
Once you have made sure your order confirmation is accurate and correct. The next step is making your deposit which is typically 50% of your total balance due. The rest of the payment must be made upon pick up of your order or before we can ship out an entire order. We accept all major credit cards or checks.

Step 4: Approving your proof
After you have made your deposit, you will receive a proof prior to print. You should receive your proof within 24 - 48 business hours after your initial payment. Once you receive the proof via email, please look it over carefully before you give your approval.

Print Colors (best match, unless you require exact Pantone colors)
Spelling / Grammar

Sometimes it is helpful to use a ruler and measure one of your own garments to get an idea of how large the design will be printed. Keep in mind that once you approve the proof, your designs will be decorated according to all the specifications received.

Step 5: Receiving your order!
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email. You chose the option to either have the shirts shipped directly to you or to come in and pick up your order. We accept checks at front desk. All invoices paid by credit card must be paid online. We do not accept credit cards at our site.
